During Quorum, the internal recruitment team presents candidates to your account executives and subject matter experts, who review each proposed candidate and explain why they align with the company's requirements, culture, and values.
Candidate presentations are key to understanding the process and results of the Sound Decisions team. During this meeting, we will detail the candidates who have passed our internal quorum and why we believe their skills and alignment will produce exceptional results in this role.
During the first client interview, the Sound Decisions team is with you the entire time. We provide sets of starter questions to help break the ice fast. We believe getting candidates comfortable quickly produces the best interviews. This interview is dedicated to knowledge testing and culture alignment.
The working session interview step is there to see a candidate in action. In this interview, we share an assignment with the candidate to see if they take action and prove their skills and abilities in a natural setting.
The final interview aims to have a deeper discussion on vision and expectations of the role. This allows your leadership team to match the 90-day success plan to the candidate’s first three months, discuss how the candidate will tackle each objective, and align with your teams vision for this role.
